Charles & Keith

Selling a handbag on detail alone — grain, stitching, hardware, and the way light moves across the material. Six shots, no model, no dialogue, no shoot day.

Independent, self-initiated concept work. Not commissioned by, affiliated with or endorsed by CHARLES & KEITH. All trademarks, characters and product names are the property of their respective owners.
The Film

A product film built entirely around the object. The details a customer would check in person — the tightness of a stitch, the weight of the hardware, how light travels across the surface — made legible on a phone screen.

No studio hire, no crew, no sample couriered to a photographer. The macro texture work that normally needs a dedicated lens and a lighting team was generated, then composited and graded by hand until it held at full resolution.

This is where AI production earns its place for fashion and accessories: high SKU counts, fast seasonal turnover, and a product that has to look expensive in every single frame.

How We Work

From Script to
Final Delivery

Nine stages, the same for every project. Creative direction and 15 years of production experience applied at every step — not just at the prompt.

Step 01
Script

The story and message, defined before a single frame is made.

Step 02
Brainstorming

Concepts and creative directions, shaped by 15+ years of production experience.

Step 03
R&D

Reference and technical research — what's possible, what the brand needs.

Step 04
Visual Creation

Final frames built and locked in AI tools and Photoshop before generation starts.

Step 05
Video Generation

Every frame generated against detailed, experience-led guidelines — not random prompts.

Step 06
Compositing

Every generated element brought together into one consistent, believable shot.

Step 07

Additional motion design layered in with Adobe After Effects.

Step 08
